- Two thirds of homeless Londoners cite drugs and alcohol as the reason for becoming homeless. (Crisis, 2002)
- Up to 70% of people sleeping rough experience mental health problems. (MIND)
- Over 35% of homeless people have a drug or alcohol problem. (St Mungos, 2004)
