News: Archbishop of Canterbury and Bishop of London support Love London

We are delighted that the Archbishop of Canterbury, The Rt Rev Dr Rowan Williams, and the Bishop of London, The Rt Rev Richard Chartres, have both publicly stated their support for Love London.

The Archbishop of Canterbury spoke very highly of the initiative;

“ The great thing about Love London is that it sets out to say to people that they’re infinitely worthwhile in God’s eyes. That’s why I think this is a wonderful initiative. “

The Bishop of London agrees;

“ London is one of the greatest cities in the world. It’s a global crossroads. What we do here for Jesus Christ reverberates throughout the whole world, so it’s very important that the 650,000 Christians who worship here every week in more than 4000 Churches should act together. That’s why I am an enthusiastic supporter of Premier’s Love London.”
